Digi Q Instructions

Name of parts (page 3)

  • Power Switch - Turn ON and OFF the controller

  • Charger Indicator - After complete charge, light will change from red to Green

  • Select Switch - Change between ID 1~4. It is not possible to control several cars with a single controller at the same time

  • Mode Switch - Easy Mode for begginer or table top use. Normal mode for expert or floor use

Set the ID number (from 1 - 4) with the select switch to match the Digi Q ID number (located at the bottom of the Digi Q car).

    

Preparations
    

  •  How to insert batteries
    
Push the battery cover from below and slide backward.  Insert the batteries in the right way.

  •  How long to charge the batteries
    
A 10-minute charge will provide a run time of 15-minute.  A complete charge may take longer time.


      

    1.  Please make sure the switch of Digi Q car is OFF.

    2.  Turn on the switch of Digi Q controller

    3.  Place the Digi Q on the charge dock (charger light is red)

    4.  After charging about 10 minutes or longer, the charger light will change from red to green

    

Caution
    
While setting Digi Q on the charge dock before turning on the controller, anti-overcharging circuitry will take place and charger light will change to green even without enough charge.

    
How to play
    
Trim dial is for adjusting the Digi Q's 'alignment' so that it will run straight. If your car goes to the left without any steering please turn the trim dial to the right. If it goes to the right, you can turn the trim dial to the left.

    

Set up & maintenance
    


      

    1. 	Turn on the Digi Q controller

    2.     Controller power light will blink (while it is blinking do not touch  trigger switch and steering wheel)

    3.     After blinking stops, you can control your Digi Q

    

Troubleshooting
    

Digi Q doesn`t move
    

      

    1.     Make sure both Digi Q and controller are ON

    2. 	Make sure ID numbers match

    3. 	Change with new alkaline (not NiMH) batteries

    4. 	Face controller LED to Digi Q car

    5. 	Sunlight may interfere with Micro IR 

    6. 	Dust & other particles get stuck in the rear shaft

    7. 	Make sure the Digi Q is fully charged

    

Cannot control
    

      

    1. Try to operate the Digi Q on the floor in opposing to rug.

    

    

Move on its own
    

      

    1.  Make sure other users use different ID numbers

    2.  Other remote controls (eg: TV remote) may create interference items

    

Cannot take charge
    

      

    1. 	Please recharge the Digi Q completely after each use

    2. 	Use only fresh alkaline & non-rechargeable batteries

Digi Propo Special (Digi Controller Special) Instructions
    
Digi Propo Special is intended for the more advanced user.  It allows the user to adjust max. speed, steering balance & braking strength.  It unleashes hidden potential of your Digi Q cars to bring you new experience.

    
Charge LED will blink while it is charging the Digi Q car battery.  It will turn to green after the charge is completed.  If the controller batteries are almost running out, the Low-Bat. LED will blink instead.

    
You can adjust from 1 to 8 levels for Speed, Acceleration, Steering Balance & Brake.  The Select button allows you to choose the object which you would like to adjust.

    
The Up & Down keys allow you to change the code.  Over 1500 codes will be made available for input.  Please sign up our mailing list for more codes!
