Shipping policy
I ship fast, pack everything carefully, and treat every order like it’s my own.
Once it leaves my hands, it’s in the carrier’s control, but I’ll always help if something goes sideways.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During high demand or product launches, it may take a bit longer, but I don’t sit on orders.
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within:
- 2–5 business days (U.S.)
Once your order is in transit, timing is controlled by the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out and I’ll resend it.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking says delivered but you don’t have your package:
- Check around your property (porch, side door, mailbox, etc.)
- Ask neighbors or anyone nearby
- Check with your apartment office if applicable
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early, so it may show up within 24 hours.
If it’s still missing, contact me and I’ll help investigate.
Our Policy on Lost Packages
I get it and this sucks when it happens.
- I’ll open a claim with the carrier and help track it down
- Repeated delivery issues may require signature confirmation or shipping protection
Once a package is marked as delivered, the carrier considers it complete, but I’ll work with you to make it right when I can.
Incorrect Addresses
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Customer is responsible for reshipping costs
If you catch a mistake quickly, contact me ASAP and we’ll try to fix it before it ships.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Email me with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and I’ll take care of it.
